Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage supplier quality performance to meet the requirements of ISO quality management standards or relevant regulatory and customer requirements.
- Manage suppliers to ensure the part supply to the factory meeting the quality requirement.
- Manage supplier First-Article processes and part qualification.
- Ensure supplier quality records are updated promptly.
- Responsible for ensuring that Supplier Quality Issue is resolved.
- Conduct External audit to ensure conformance to specified requirement.
- Support Internal, 3rd Party & Customer System audits.
- Report Supplier Quality Performance for management reviews.
- Support product/process qualification when necessary.
- Perform 5S and ad- hoc duties as requested
Education Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing with specialization in quality assurance
Experience Level Requirements: Min 3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
Skills Desired:
- Vendor management experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of quality management
- Self-motivated and deadline oriented.
