The Job
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a passion for developing high-quality, user-centric web and mobile applications. You will join a team of talented people exploring and working on the cutting edge technologies in the digital media. You will be involved in the brainstorming of innovative ideas, conceptualization, system design, development, testing, and support of web responsive or mobile applications.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related fields with equivalent work experience
- Good knowledge of best practices in agile software development and trending digital technologies
- 3 years of frontend AND backend development experience using CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, Media Queries, Ajax, PHP, JSON, APIs, MySQL, Drupal and WordPress
- Knowledge of responsive HTML5 frameworks, Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP), Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a definite advantage
- Appreciation of AWS architecture and services
- Understanding in code-deployment workflow and source management tools
- Ability to create basic Shell scripts on Linux OS
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to think creatively and respond quickly in a highly dynamic environment
- Team player who is self-driven and proactive in learning new technologies and skills
- Familiarity with Agile development and Lean Startup approach
