Job Description:
- Provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues and render on-site production support in customer location
- Troubleshoot and identify problems for escalation to Level 2 support team.
- Test the software solution before handover to the end users or customers
- Prepare the Testing Plan for User Acceptance Test
- Assist the end users or customers to perform User Acceptance Test
- Provide Training to the end users
- Perform the software solution related duties appointed by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related disciplines
- Experience in at least 2 of the following software development tools
- .NET platforms – Visual studio, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET
- Web – ASP.NET, JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, HTML5, MVC, web service API
- Database – MS SQL
- Mobile
- Android – Android Studio, Android SDK, Eclipse, Xamarin
- Windows mobile/Windows CE – Visual Studio
- Proactive and indenpendant
- Good co-operative attitude for team work
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Willing to work in shifts as required by customers
