Job Description:
- Reporting to manager, he’ll perform service activities related to solar & refrigeration chillers
- Working with solar & chillers to support maintenance, commission, service, install, retrofit and repair
- Involve in sales schedule planning & prepare reports for management’s review
- Maintain the sales service quality and timeliness of answers to customer’s questions & problems
- Manage assets that are devoted to supporting sales service efforts including facilities, vehicle, equipment, and parts inventory, and this included exercise cost reduction process in accordance with budget control objectives.
- Develop new design, sales & service opportunities and fulfill sales service support to existing clients
- Travel to perform sales service local & overseas, and provide 24/7 support as and when required.
- Coordinate and manage, and support contractors/suppliers
- Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- with technical engineering related qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft office & web
- Motivated, mature and customer-centric with good oral and written communication
- Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving, independent, goal driven
- Able to multi-task, highly organized, detail oriented and a good team player
