Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or work with a team of developers to maintain/support/enhance CRM platform product configuration
  • Assign development work to programmer, monitor progress and ensure program is delivered on time, thoroughly tested and according to specification
  • Work closely with business users to plan, implement, config and execute existing product configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system functional/performance problems.
  • Design and enhance the system architecture and function/feature for future needs
  • Operationally support commercial product launches from end to end
  • Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
  • In-depth knowledge in software application design and development, process mapping and implementation to post live support
  • Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Involvement in the system integration testing phase prior to implementation.
  • Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
  • Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
  • Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • Min 4 – 6 years of working experience in implementing and maintaining IT software application systems and Cyber Security products
  • Good programming skill in PHP, MySQL, jQuery.
  • Having knowledge in MSSQL, C#.NET, ASP.Net MVC would be an advantage.
  • Experience in cyber security, software application development in CRM is an added advantage
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organized and positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences (external vendors and internal stakeholders)
  • Well-balanced team player who is willing to help-out team members as well as can coordinate between cross-functional teams
