Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve revenue generation from existing customers
- Cultivate new revenue stream
- Identify areas of competency and development for team members
- Knowledgeable / familiar in the following:
- PCB fabrication – material, plating specification, DFM of PCB for SMT, IPC-A-600 acceptance requirement etc
- SMT / box built assembly process, awareness in IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 requirement for workmanship / cable / wire harness
- RF / Microwave / optical test setup and testing, ATE definition
- Test equipment / product development from conceptual to prototype to mass production
- Experience in microelectronic assembly and materials
- Microelectronic workmanship requirement such asmil-std-883
- Equipment needed for microelectronic assembly such as die attach, flip chip, wire bonder, plasma cleaner
- Some aptitude in mechanical design
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Knowledge in software for managing projects and programs
- Cost accounting and formulation of quote model, some knowledge on commercial arrangement
- Managing projects including project scope, schedule and resources
- Assembling and managing the project team and their performance
- Strategic in thinking and deliverables
- Delivering successful project outcomes, ensuring on time delivery and under budget
