Job Description :
- Provide L1(Remote) and L2(On-Site) Support in a client’s managed environment.
- Support scope involves troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of IT related issues.
- Assist in patch/change management and network configuration requests.
- Maintain records of all IT-related issues via in-house ticketing system.
- Assist in routine reporting on all incidents, problems, status and resolutions.
- Organise and provide training and awareness workshops.
- Provide consultancy and IT roadmap planning for client environment.
- Handle routine administration and other ad hoc matters.
Job Requirements :
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in supporting End-User Computing devices.
- Possess knowledge in IT networking and LAN.
- Possess experience in managing an Office 365 corporate environment.
***Possess at least one (1) of the following certifications:
– Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) in Windows Server 2012, Office 365 or equivalent;
– CompTIA A+ 220-801/ 220-802, CompTIA PDI+ or equivalent.
