REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience.
Preferably Executive/Senior Executive (compensation will commensurate with experience) specialized in Search Engine Marketing.
Strong working knowledge of PPC (social media a plus) and Google Analytics
Expert knowledge of ad management tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels/Ad Manager
Strong writing skills, analytical abilities and data-driven thinking
Experience in traffic measurement tools which help in ad management
Knowledge of Javascript and HTML will be an advantage but not necessary
Agency experience or a role managing multiple industry campaigns will be strongly preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research each campaign thoroughly via speaking with clients and via online tools
Work on Google Adwords, Facebook Pixel/Ad Manager etc to manage campaigns
Develop Data Analytics capabilities to improve campaign reporting
Oversee Digital campaigns to extract, manage, and analyse customer data to create custom reports and generate campaign insights for further improvements
Set up campaigns, settings, ads, keywords and bid strategy
Copy write (or use writers) ads and continuously perform A/B split testing
Manually adjust CPC pricing or use conversion goal-oriented pricing
Keyword research (or work with colleagues / interns / contractors)
Test methods fo campaign groups each week to grow market reach, improve CTRs, drive in more leads/conversions and improve overall ROI for each campaign
Spy on competitors to obtain full advantage
Provide accurate, comprehensive and timely reports to clients on a monthly basis
Create a working SOP which you will discuss with Management to improve the process flow
Candidates with higher education level / relevant years of working experience will be considered for Manager role.
