Job Description:

• Manage daily issuance of sales, loan, purchase order, etc. documents via system
• Track loan contract status
• Maintain daily sales status update
• Be trained in product knowledge
• Handle product and sales enquiries from external parties
• Prepare marketing materials for sales team
• Maintain customer data
• General administrative support for the team

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree
• Prior experience in a sales operations role will be an advantage
• Excellent skills in tasks coordination and time management
• Demonstrate independence and ability to work well in a team
