Job Desription:
- Oversee the customer account and manage a good relationship with the customer.
- Liaise with customer on the quotation request/target/report for coating, cleaning and parts.
- Meet up and liaise with customer on any issues to solve it.
- Liaise with internal to make sure the parts are collected or delivered as per schedule
- Backup for sales admin role
- Key sales team personnel for the MES update and maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Good presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and power point
- Able to work within timelines
- Self motivation for sales
- Must have experience in Semi-Conductor industry
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering
