Responsibilities :
– Responsible for the sales of industrial lighting.
– Sales oriented with 60% of the role outside sales. Occasional travel in Southeast Asia is required.
– Identify potential selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
– Manage existing client accounts while building and developing new client accounts.
– To canvass prospective customers to grow the business and achieve sales objectives.
– Regular follow up with customers on enquiries/sales order requirements.
– Able to multitask and cross sell lighting products in medical and architectural industry.
– Product promotion including presentation to various sales channels and stakeholders in the industry (end users, planners, dealers, contractors and consultants etc.)
– Handling enquiries via phone/email including technical product questions.
– Handling customer complaints and supervision of project installations.
– Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and services.
Requirements:
– Diploma/University Degree related to engineering, architecture or commerce
– Profound technical knowledge.
– Minimum 2 years sales/project experience in B2B and direct sales.
– Self-motivated and independent.
– Interest in lighting/electronic products.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential attributes.
– Team worker and willing to learn new things and new technologies.
– Hands on personality.
– Experienced in working within small German company
