Responsibilities
- Being the Lead Coordinator for Singapore’s annual regional marketing event
- Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
- Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand and products
- Represent the organization at external events and publicity opportunities
- Organise events such as trade shows and conferences
- Act as the main point of contact for external agencies such as web designers, artwork and printing suppliers
- Assist with the production of marketing material by sourcing images and proofreading text
Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in marketing/brand management/mass communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- An undergraduate degree in marketing (or a professional marketing qualification) is preferred. But often diploma or relevant institute is welcome to apply.
- Experience or qualification in graphic design can be helpful.
- Interns or Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply.
