Job Description:

  • Achieve given sales targets
  • Responsible for account development and growth throughout the region, including strategy mapping, account penetration, customer relationship management and business improvement initiatives
  • Actively run analytics to monitor performances and business expectations, maintain an overview of account status in the region at all times and report as required
  • Generate monthly forecast reports determining revenue vs. goal forecasts and inform management on new regional new developments
  • Resolve issues (customer complaints, product defects etc) and ensure highest level of quality service by coordinating with management and teammates
  • Oversee account compliance to ensure company contracts are maximized to full potential
  • Prepare, implement and monitor product portfolio and business plan to achieve financial (revenue and margin) targets.
  • Propose and implement product marketing strategies and tactics including promotion, advertising, pricing and distribution
  • Analyzes product performance, competitive & market development and recommends changes to business plan according to analysis and market/customer trend
  • Responsible for communication between channels and business unit, providing commercial support
  • Liaising with business unit and factories on promotional programs, forecasting, sampling, technical issues and solutions
  • Regularly visit the designated regional Accounts to establish broad level connections and relationships, learn their needs, future direction and translate it into sales strategies and plans.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Sales and Account Management in similar industry.
  • Proven experience in established organization with clear track record of major successful sales projects
  • Strong business acumen and good insight into customer’s business priorities
  • A business leader with the vision to create business opportunities in strategically key areas
  • Strong focus on achieving operational excellence results with good strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel at times (after travel restrictions have eased)
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate strong ownership of tasks
