Job Description:
- Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers.
- Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation.
- Evaluate Contract/ Sub-Contract works.
- Carry out other Contracts Administration activities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in construction firm for senior post.
- PC Literate (MS word / Excel).
