Job Description:

Perform 2D detailed engineering and well-versed in ACMV calculations
Designing including full detail design and calculations from start to finish, drafting and preparing MEP for tenders, shop drawing and as built drawing
Manage documentation work assigned by the engineers efficiently and to given deadlines
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Willing to give support to other Mechanical & Electrical Services including drafting
Pre & Post contract administration works
Tender taking off, call quotation and cost estimate for tender
Sources and prepare information for participation in tender exercise including measurement, inviting quotations, costing report and submission of tender
Analysis and negotiations of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Bill of Quantity/Assist to tender preparation for submission
Monitoring cot budget and cost control to maximise project profit
To attend the consultant meeting, preparing variation of project costing, progress claim and settlement final account with client and subcontractors
Analyse project and material requirements as well as following up with on-going projects to provide the necessary changes
To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and contractual support and advice during preconstruction, construction and post-construction stage
Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress and handling client’s requirements
Performs other ad hoc as assigned

Job Requirement:

NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering/ Surveying or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant experience
AutoCad skills preferred
Able to read construction, architectual & engineering drawings
Self-driven and results oriented with the ability to work under pressure and work overtime if required
Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
