RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To perform dimensional Inspection on raw and finish machine parts
- To perform hardness, in-process & receiving inspection
- To prepare the dimensional, hardness and receiving inspection reports as per customer requirements
- Ensure all measuring, monitoring and testing equipment are in working condition and within calibration period.
- Maintain records (Inspection Reports, Calibration Certificate, NCR log),
- Able to interpret customer BOM, Quality Plan and drawing requirements
- To perform gauge setting
- Raise NCR
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Dimensional and Hardness inspections in Oil & Gas Industry
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments
- Able to interpret customer BOM, Quality Plan and drawing requirements
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Exposure to API requirements will be an added advantage
