Job Description:
- Conduct daily QC checks on products
- Establish documentations such as product specifications, SOP, recipe cards etc.
- Handle customer feedback & troubleshooting
- Enforce GMP system
- Maintain & enforce ISO 22000 system
- Laboratory hands on experience (microbial) is preferred
- Follow up on machine / equipment maintenance
- All other duties as assigned
- Review and handling of customer complaint & inspection and other non-conformities
- Assess and review inspecting & testing plans, and modify for improvement if necessary
- Responsible to study in new product development in order to reduce risk of complain from consumer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executive/Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
