Job Description:
- Work with System DevOps Engineers to collect, analyze, and finalize the business requirements from stakeholders across the SEA and China region
- Participate in end- to- end system design, from research and ideation to validation and finally implementation; Oversee the lifecycle and anticipate any problems
- Develop a detailed project plan and drive the processes to make sure requirements are clearly communicated with all stakeholders, and projects are delivered on-time.
- Prepare project reports for management and stakeholders.
- Regularly update and maintain the knowledge base for System DevOps engineering team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of IT or business discipline, or background of IT/Internet environment delivering solutions or projects
- 3-5 years hands-on project management/ product experience in IT Infrastructure or software/system development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners
- Good communication and coordination skills to manage project team activities.
- Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to drill down to details to ensure the progression of the projects.
- Good reporting and documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders.
- Intuitive understanding and interest in UX design is a plus
- Possess technical skills/knowledge in IT infrastructure, such as operating system, network, CDN, and IT monitoring system is a plus.
- Proficient in Mandarin due to regional coverage
