Job Description:
– Account managing website development / mobile app development projects from sales closure till completion of development
– Understanding new project deliverables from sales team & coming up with an organized timeline for the scope of work required
– Allocating projects to internal team members & working closely with them till the completion of development
– Managing and updating of project management tools & ensure all project status are accurate and up to date
– Managing client’s expectation during the project development phase, advising client’s on technical matters & maintaining good relations with existing clients
– Setting up of staging environment for development team to start work & perform migration to live site upon project completion
– Actively assisting to improve internal processes and work flow & supporting various departments of company.
Requirements:
– Ability to handle multiple projects at once and multitasking
– Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment and thrives under pressure
– Ability to have a clear understanding of all project timelines & status at all time
– Demonstrates high attention to detail, clear communication, online research skills & problem-solving skills
– Possess good communication skills & is able to accurately convey information to client and internal team members
– Have knowledge on HTML, CSS, PHP, C#, WordPress
