Job Responsibilities
• Project management to handle customers material needs and their technical requirements.
• Working out bill of quantities, prepare computer lighting calculation reports (eg, Dialux, Relux), lighting specs and all related project activities.
• Able to oversee and manage a few projects independently and simultaneously.
Pre-requisites
• Min. NTC2 or Graduate from a University or Polytechnic with a Mechanical &/or Engineering shall apply.
• Experience in project management, site co-ordination, project lighting industry or related M&E will be a bonus. (1-2 years)
• Curious, self-learner, able to think out of the box, multi-task & work in an ever-changing technological environment and learn about lighting.
• Hands on and curious about lights, go on site-walks, talk to all sorts of people from site workers to site engineers, technicians, consultants and architects. Must be able to carry oneself well and be able to face and multi-task and resolve challenges in tight deadlines.
