Job Description:
- To manage customers’ relationship and expectation
- Handle site planning and coordination work. From taking over a site, monitor progress till hand over of the project.
- Supervise work carried out by sub-contractors and ensure site progress is on schedule
- Evaluate and approve sub-con progress claim
- Update the monthly progress report
- Work with Drafter to ensure shop drawings are updated accordingly
- Monitor the progress of work and ensure the quality of work is carried out
- At the end of the project, to conduct site handover briefing and submit O&M
- Attend regular meetings with Architect, Consultants, Customers or Suppliers, etc.
- Manage a team of Electrician
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the Construction industry
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Degree in Engineering or relevant field
- You should have a positive working attitude. Able to multitask and with excellent organisational and communication skills. Able to handle multiple projects. An independent person and adapt well in a fast pace environment.
- Preferred with a Class 3 driving licence
