Job Description:
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and scheduling of jobs to meet delivery deadlines of the production department.
- Supervise, motivate and evaluate performance of production personnel
- Tracks, updates, and monitors production costing. Strive to reduce expenses and increase efficiency of the production floor.
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising safety and quality.
- Carry out productivity analytics, identify KPIs, set goals, build and execute productivity plans
Job requirement:
- Knowledge of labels, barcoding, and auto-ID will be an advantage.
- Knowledge/experience of digitalization and automation in a factory environment.
- Passionate about quality and productivity.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics including but not limited to productivity measurement, quality and performance evaluation.
- Possess organizational and leaderships skills.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and motivational skills.
