Semiconductor Test Engineer will be responsible for developing production test solutions for system-on-chips with high digital content. Test development will include test planning, test hardware development, test software development, test solution debug and test solution offload to wafer fabs and final-test factories.
Qualification For Experienced
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of work experience in semiconductor production test development
- Strong hardware and software knowledge, good debug skills, statistical and analytical knowledge with knowledge of design-of-experiments
- Strong software skills: PERL, PYTHON
- Knowledge in Advantest V93000, hardware of Advantest 93k, Instruments like DPS and PS1600
- Strong Knowladge on Advantest 93K Test methods and Smartest 8 software
- Good knowladge on Memory Bist and Structural testing
- Excellent communication skills
- Open minded with “can-do” attitude. Person should always be ready to go the extra mile in whatever he/she does
- Experience in releasing semiconductor products to manufacturing facilities is a strong plus
