- Assist Operation Director in materials functions and day to day operations
- Identifies and initiates actions to prevent non-conformity relating to internal process and quality system
- To negotiate with suppliers on pricing and cost reduction
- To review purchasing documents to ensure adequacy
- To ensure purchases are followed-up
- To ensure Approved Vendor List (AVL) is maintained
- To ensure vendor performance is controlled
- To raise Correction Action Request (CAR) to problematic vendors
- Perform ad hoc duties as requested
- 3 years of working experience in precision manufacturing environment
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
