Job Description:

• • In charge of overall plumbing work activities. Supervise, schedule, evaluate, and assign work to workers. Assign jobs, maintain quality control, monitor work progress, and make sure that safety procedures are followed.
  • Analyse jobs and work order requests to plan material, labour, and time requirements and provide costs estimates when required.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager or Project Director for the expeditious completion of work. Provide assistance for engineering and design work related to plumbing maintenance and construction projects.
  • Provide for response to emergency situations and provide for plumbing service response at all times. Ensure good workmanship are carried out for all site works.
  • Prepare tasks and generate work orders related to plumbing preventative maintenance. Schedule task priorities and frequency of tasks.
  • Make rounds of buildings to inspect work, work site cleanliness, identify problems and corrective solutions.
  • Maintain records and prepare various reports as necessary. Maintain and ensure the safety and security of plumbing storage areas and equipment.
