Job Description:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, and conduct competitor analysis and market segmentation analysis to identify possible new markets and products
- Create marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness
- Work closely with the sales team, channel partners and sales offices in the region to design and develop marketing and communication collaterals (E.g. brochures, external newsletter, sales kit, videos, FAQs)
- Create education module to educate end-users on how to use the product
- Manage the digital frontage of the company (Website and Social Media platforms)
- Manage the marketing campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across multiple digital channels
- Conduct campaign reporting and analysis via Google Analytics,
- Track budget, campaign performance, spends and ROI
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field or experience to match
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, branding, digital marketing or a related role either at an agency or in a corporate setting
- Experience of working closely with both technical & business people preferred
- Experience working with a B2B technology and/or SaaS company is a plus
- Experience using Google analytics and data visualisation
- Good understanding and passion for social media, digital and mobile marketing
- Strong copywriting skills with experience writing email copy, and creating content like white papers and guides
- Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans
- Able to convey message of product from technical to business benefits to B2B customers & partners
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional, remote teams and build good working relationships, and also works well independently
- Outspoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
