Job Description:
Recruiting, training, rostering and supervising welfare of a capable operations staff
∙ Following and maintaining SOP’s to highest global safety standards
∙ Staff communications at daily briefings and weekly operational meetings
∙ Weekly attendance in company management meetings and ad hoc reporting to CEO
∙ Administrative tasks including payroll, HR and government compliance
∙ Financial management and budgeting of the operations business
Requirements:
∙ Minimum 5 years in operations management or general management
∙ Understanding of attraction or technical business, engineering experience preferred
∙ Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
∙ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
∙ Flexible and hardworking with an eye for detail
∙ Maths and computer skills
