RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the website, digital platforms and email tools and carry out a social media plan that will support the objectives of the Marketing Department
- Ensure all communication platforms are updated on a regular and consistent basis – website, social media platforms, online platforms
- Assist on digital marketing campaigns; ensure branding is aligned on all platforms
- Generate business opportunities and appointments through Cold Calling
- Consolidation of client information and records of communication.
- Manage and maintain customer relationship
- Prepare sales and marketing materials
REQUIREMENT:
Qualifications and/or experience in graphic design, marketing, communications are required.
- Minimum Diploma (in a related field)
- Excellent proof reading and editing skills
- Competent in website design and maintenance
- Knowledge of social media marketing
- Resourceful, creative and willing to learn
- Can-do attitude
- Proactive and carry out tasks efficiently and effectively
