Responsibilities:
- Perform facility and equipment preventive and corrective maintenance according to procedure
- Perform facility and equipment request 1st level trouble shooting
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Apply root cause analysis (RCA) and breakdown analysis (BDA) approach on daily operation pertaining to problem solving
- Participate in total productive maintenance (TPM) program for continuous improvement and sustaining program.
- Provide facility and equipment technical support to other functions in company
- Assist engineer or supervisor to carry out daily assigned activities, ad-hoc task and other task-force project
Requirements:
- Problem solving skills
- Mechanical skill for plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical troubleshooting and vacuum technology
- 2~4 years’ experience in factory facility and production equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot problems and issues on various types of equipment
- Experience in maintaining high vacuum, high pressure, high temperature equipment
- Experience in maintaining tool room equipment such as CNC lathe, EDM wirecut, grinders, etc.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
