Job Description:
- Support in all aspect of warehouse operations and logistics activities (such as receipt, packing/unpacking of goods, inspection, distribution, warehousing, stocktake etc)
- Handle import/export shipping documentation
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and service providers
- Date entry into ERP system
- Ensure warehouse safety tidiness, and cleanliness
- Support 24/7 AOG duties on rotating basis
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ level/Nitec/Diploma
- Min 1-2 years logistics/warehouse
- Logistics experience in Aviation/Aerospace industry is highly preferred
- Able to operate electric stacker/forklift preferred
- Comfortable and fit in doing physical work (as the job includes 60%-70% manual/labour duties)
- Basic computer skills in MS-office required
- Knowledge in warehouse management system will be an advantage
- Able to perform 24/7 standby duties (on rotating basis)
