Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, select and negotiate with regional and international suppliers for the most competitive purchase package in terms of quality, prices, delivery & services.
- Support R&D department for procurement of parts/components for development and test of alpha & beta prototypes of new products
- Assist in materials planning for Pilot and Mass Production of new product launched internationally
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and add value to the business opportunities.
- Plan and manage inventory levels of factory to ensure orders fulfilments and shipment to customers.
- Have opportunities to visit our factory, suppliers on inventory planning, productions, and incoming quality control of components and products
- Follow up on POs and manage Suppliers’ delivery schedule.
Job Requirements :
- 2 years’ experience in Global Procurement.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
- Entry Level are welcome to apply
- Experience in ERP/MRP system will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Power Point
- Have strong analytical and negotiation skills, organized, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
