RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle full sets of Asia accounts for Singapore and Hong Kong
- Responsible for full spectrum of accounts; AR,AP & GL
- Record and update fixed assets register
- Responsible for month end closing and yearly financial closing
- Prepare monthly reporting for P&L, actual cash flow, forecasted cash flow and overview of invoiced revenue Asia to Holding Company
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and prepare journal entries,
- Prepare quarterly GST submission and general claims
- Ensure timely and accurate of statutory required filings
- Responsible and co-ordinate with auditors
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Holding Company
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- 2 years of work experience, which includes a minimum of 1 year handling similar responsibilities
- Confident listener, communicator and presenter whilst staying humble
- Personable, outgoing character to build relationships with the teams in Singapore and Hong-Kong
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative manner based on shared trust and respect
- Must be detail oriented
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills a must
- BA/BS degree in accountancy or ACCA
