Job Description:
- Design software modules from technical requirements
- Gather technical information on external vendor & partner systems
- Integrate external and internal modules using APIs
- Generate relevant user documentation
- Maintain and monitor deployed modules
- Respond to incidents, rectify or escalate to IT Lead or backend support
- Provide general IT support to staff & customers
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science / Engineering / Related Technical Field
- Some prior experience in software development projects
- PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VB Script
- Resourceful, independent and able to learn & integrate new technologies
- Basic familiarity with general office application like Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
- Competent in basic Server OS and Intranet Setup
