Job Description:

  1. Full knowledge and handle of full spectrum of HR duties and admin (with assistance of one admin assistant)
  2. Handle recruitment, selection and appointment process for assigned departments.
  3. Processing work pass, preparation of appointment/ confirmation letters, and compensation.
  4. Familiarize all regulatory registrations and mom rules and regulation
  5. Payroll processing, CPF submission, income tax filling and bonus issuance (100-120 headcounts)
  6. To prepare HR Management Report.
  7. Handle employee benefits insurance (medical, Group Term Life, Group Critical Illness, Group H&S, travel, work injury compensation) and commercial insurance (public liability, contractors’ all risk, property, commercial vehicle).
  8. To manage and handle employee medical claim.
  9. Employee training arrangement.
