Job Descriptions:
- In charge of all spectrum of HR duties
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system
- Assist and handle in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Be part of the Quality, Health and Safety committee team
- Oversee recruitment, hiring process, conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees, exit of employment for all levels.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, etc) according to policy and legal requirements
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Organizing of all company functions/events
- Supervise the work of the cleaner and maintain the pantry stuff in order
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proven experience as HR Officer, administrator or other HR position
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem- solving and decision-making aptitude
- Understanding of government labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training, development, system and etc)
