Job Description:
- Handles data entry of cost related computations
- Handles data entry of AP/AR transactions into accounting system
- Issuance of Purchase Orders & liaise on procurement matters
- Perform 3 way matching for Supplier’s DO, Invoice & Purchase Order
- Assist in monthly payables
- Generate SOA & handles debtor’s collections
- Any adhoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ‘A’ Levels qualifications with 2 years of experience in related field.
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and multitask.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
