JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare detailed M&E drawings, shop drawings, and As-built drawing.
- Obtain and assemble data to complete designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as required.
- Produce accurate CAD drawings according to company or client’s standard
- Brings systems discrepancies, drawing dimensional issues to the attention of the Project Teams
- Maintains communication with Project Teams to coordinate drawing responsibilities and for changes in project schedules, in scope, and/or sequence of construction.
- To support Project Manager on other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualification / Experience:
- Possess at least Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in local construction industry of M&E projects;
- 5.5 days work week
- Proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Office & Projects;
- Able to handle concurrent ongoing project and work under tight deadlines and pressure;
- Able to work independently, responsible, self-organized, and able to multi-tasks.
