Job Description:
- Converts sales forecast into supply need, plans and coordinates product allocation activity for each customer
- Actively participates S&OP process to align all on sales forecast, financial plan and launch plan with regards to shipment/stocking process
- Maintains distribution (export) record and monitor pending shipment
- Ensures optimal stock availability by working closely with cross-functional team e.g. Account Manager, Customer Service Representative and Supplier
- Analyses and resolves stock allocation issues in a timely fashion
- Review and recommend improvement to current product distribution parameters
- Partner with customers’ supply chain department and internal Customer Service Representative to design and implement continuous improvement projects in ensuring a sustainable value chain
- Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, applicable acts and regulations
- Any other tasks assigned by Assistant Distribution Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain.
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Arithmetical abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse, draw conclusions, and propose appropriate actions in response to data
- SAP system experience
- Able to work across functional areas and levels of the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication: ability to simplify, synthesize and convince
- Listens well to others, client-centric
