Job Description:
- Perform mediation on behalf of clients in resolving receivables and/or commercial disputes
- Negotiate with debtors on behalf of clients in arranging amicable settlement arrangement
- Provide 3rd party debt recovery and outsourcing service on overdue accounts for B2B clients
- Report progress of cases to clients in written format
Requirements:
- Acquired professionally accredited diploma or degree holder in Alternate Dispute Resolution, law, business and/or equivalent
- Strong self-motivation, detail-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ethical, Trustworthy and high integrity
- Proficient in PC knowledge including MS Office & Excel
- Immediate available is preferred
