Job Description:
- Day to day preparation of full set of accounts(Account Receivable, Account Payable & General Ledger)
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations and statement of accounts
- Handle project monthly account and WIP
- Prepare and allocation of manpower costs to respective project accounts
- Liaise closely with contract department for project cost monitoring
- Maintain full set of management accounts
- Quarterly GST reporting
- Update and report on fixed asset listing
- Prepare audit schedules and acts as a liaison with auditors
- Prepare schedules for income tax submission
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting functions with full sets of accounts knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office and have knowledge in Synergix will be an advantage
- Must have initiative and able to work independently with least supervision.
- Experienced in construction is an advantage
- Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice
