Requirements:
– Candidate based in Singapore , professional with a minimum of 3 year experience in pre-sales technical activities of electronics systems in companies like Mechanical & Electrical Consultants, System Integrators, Main contractors, Electrical Contractors, Developers. The candidate is familiar with tender’s process for residential/commercial projects. A technical background in security systems like intercom, access control, CCTV, home protection system, represent a plus for this position.
Job Scope:
– Reporting to the Comelit SEA Managing Director, the Design and Estimation Technical Engineer is part of Comelit SEA Sales Team.
– Analyses and Studies Technical Design requirements from Tender documents to select suitable systems solutions ensure that solutions that cover the demands under technical and commercial aspects.
– Sales Team creating CAD designs like single line diagrams, installation diagrams, technical datasheets, flow chart diagrams, power point presentations and other documents requested for the project proposal.
– Performs cost estimation based on his professional experience, creating the necessary bill of materials and making use of offers from other suppliers when necessary.
– Interacts with colleagues, fabricator partners and planners at the technical level. Occasionally join the sales team for site visits, coordinating the projects/inquiries in the pre-sales phase
– Performs Training of internal Technical and sales team and external partners/clients.
– Join the sales Team for presentation to clients.
– Provides ongoing help-desk support when needed and build and test electronic systems or technical solutions to be used by sales time for presentations or by clients for installation
