Job Description:

  • Manage leads by tracking and following up on them
  • Fix appointment, follow-up through reminder calls, and ensure customer visits the outlet
  • Handle customers’ complaints and queries from all channels and to manage both new and existing customers’ appointments
  • Work with internal teams to deliver high quality customer service
  • Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • A minimum Professional Certificate/ NITEC in any field.
  • At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with experience in the beauty industry.
  • Stationed in HQ office and 5 day work week
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and responsible team player
  • Able to multi-tasked
