Job Description:
- Manage leads by tracking and following up on them
- Fix appointment, follow-up through reminder calls, and ensure customer visits the outlet
- Handle customers’ complaints and queries from all channels and to manage both new and existing customers’ appointments
- Work with internal teams to deliver high quality customer service
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- A minimum Professional Certificate/ NITEC in any field.
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with experience in the beauty industry.
- Stationed in HQ office and 5 day work week
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and responsible team player
- Able to multi-tasked
