Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Executives
  • Responsible in overall direction and key performance of the team
  • Ensure supervisory responsibilities are carried out, such as enforcing SLA, training of employees, motivating employees, planning and assigning work, rewarding and disciplinary actions of employees and conflict resolution
  • Be the final escalation for difficult issues to handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet customers’ expectations.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with flair to motivate employees to perform and exceed expectations
  • Ability to manage stress and peak periods effectively
  • Able to settle escalated cases within the specified limit in accordance to the company’s delivery policy.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply chain
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in supervisory Customer Service role in Logistics warehouse/Forwarding company
  • Candidates without experience in logistics sector should have a minimum 4 years supervisory experience in a Call Centre environment.
  • Able to start immediately will be preferred!

 

Working Hours:

  • 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) & 9am to 1pm (Sat)
  • No rotating shifts
