Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Executives
- Responsible in overall direction and key performance of the team
- Ensure supervisory responsibilities are carried out, such as enforcing SLA, training of employees, motivating employees, planning and assigning work, rewarding and disciplinary actions of employees and conflict resolution
- Be the final escalation for difficult issues to handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet customers’ expectations.
- Excellent leadership skills, with flair to motivate employees to perform and exceed expectations
- Ability to manage stress and peak periods effectively
- Able to settle escalated cases within the specified limit in accordance to the company’s delivery policy.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply chain
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in supervisory Customer Service role in Logistics warehouse/Forwarding company
- Candidates without experience in logistics sector should have a minimum 4 years supervisory experience in a Call Centre environment.
- Able to start immediately will be preferred!
Working Hours:
- 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) & 9am to 1pm (Sat)
- No rotating shifts
