Job Description:
- Work as a team player as a part of our dynamic after-sales support team to deliver an excellent experience for customers
- Deliver a strong customer experience by explaining procedure and troubleshoot process to customers.
- Perform Performance Testing and Troubleshooting to ensure systems remain in peak form.
- Diagnosis and troubleshoot both software and hardware PC Issues.
Qualifications and Qualities:
- Customer service centric mindset is a must
- Experience working as a Computer Technician would be a bonus
- Passion for both PC Hardware and Software
- Understanding of popular game titles and professional applications a plus
