Job Description:
- Analyse, stablize and improve surface finishing processes for magnesium alloys;
- Internal & external lab analysis for various chemical processes, correlation & analysis of results;
- Active involvement in yield improvement of surface finishing processes;
- Update & Establish work-instructions;
- Oversee of chemical inventory, maintain safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electro-Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Material Chemistry.
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering with relevant industry experience are welcome to apply;
- Knowledge of chemical cleaning, chemical milling, chemical etching, conversion coating, Paint/Dry film coating, Plating, Surface preparation/treatment;
- Passionate & initiative to analyse, innovate and want to improve;
- Good team player, ability to communicate well within all levels of the organization;
- Ability to adopt to process requirement of the aerospace sector;
- Knowledge of SPC and data analysis.
