Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Provide professional consultation and advice beauty treatment to clients as per their requirement.
- Recommend packages to clients according to their needs such as teeth whitening, slimming, hair removal, facial etc.
- Sell packages to clients such as teeth whitening, slimming, hair removal, facial etc.
- The consultants should also need to maintain sales relationships with all the clients and cater to their queries or complaints as and when they need.
- Be plugged into all the latest beauty trends and techniques. Complete initial and on-going training and ensure sales and product knowledge and skills are current, and that all work performed is in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Ability to meet or exceed sales, as well as customer service standards
- Do Hands-On / Machine (with or w/o experience) – must willing to learn
- Sales-driven
- Able to handle rejection
- Able to work on weekend and retail hours
