Job Description:
- To attend to all tyre servicing requirements according to customer’s instruction.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipments and regular calibration of machineries in the work area.
- Maintain adequate stock and conduct regular stock check to account for company’s goods.
- Feedback to superior on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with sales support team for update of stock availability.
- Resolve customer’s complaints on the ground.
- Promote and upsell our products / services to drive-in customers and Service Advisors at customer’s assigned location.
Requirements:
- Minimum Primary school education level
- Those without experience are welcome to apply
- Those with type changing experience will be an added advantage
- Fit and able to carry load (10-25 kg)
- Possess SG Driving Licence (Class 3A/3) is preferred. If no, must commit to get it within 6 months
- Sales and customer service oriented
