Job Description:
- Account for all the execution of site progress
- Schedule for work activities and inspection
- Co-ordination with Consultants, Main Contractor, Architect, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of site works.
- Report and monitor the progress of project to Project Manager
- Assisting Project Manager on ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirement:
- NTC or Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services
- Familiar with Electrical/ACMV/Fire Protection/ Plumbing & Sanitary in Singapore
- Min 5 – 8 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering related works in office fit-out and construction industry
