Key Activities/ Key management activities:

  • Prepare and analyze financials, management and statutory reports to statutory boards and HQ.
  • Maintain the accounting system
  • Liaise and consolidate with other depts on variance analysis, budget tracking and resolve issues
  • Guide/coach staff to ensure their works are of high standard complying to current policies and procedures.
  • Involve and adhere internal controls procedures and policy to improve efficiency.
  • Review all reconciliation schedules, journal and payment vouchers, audit schedules, non-trade invoice listings, GST/MES, with-holding and corporate tax computations, etc
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Financial reporting, including P&L, BS and Cashflows.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission to Head Office and statutory boards
  • Analyse actual results to budget and forecast.
  • Support to conduct internal audit of subsidiaries + MLAP.
  • Ensure timely closing of accounts to include revenue and cost are taken up. (monthly/quarterly/yr end).
  • Adhoc task in Admin as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Accounting/ ACCA or equivalent
    Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience or combined experience in similar capacity
  • Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Tax
  • Knowledge of corporate & office compliance matters
  • Good team building and communication skill
  • Mature & positive

  • Meticulous & eye for detail
