DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist Sales Team
– Preparation of Quotations to Customer and Follow Up
– Products Sourcing and Process Purchase Orders
– Co-ordinate Technicians on Work Schedules
– Maintain Petty Cash, Stock Updates
– Liaise with Customers/Contractors on Work Schedules
– Liaise with Statutory Board (apply permits and etc)
– Data Entries and Other Administrative Duties
– Any other work as assigned by the Company.

REQUIREMENT:
– At least O Level
– Proficient in MS Office & Excel
– Must be resourceful and meticulous
– Able to multi-task
– Able to work independently
– Salary is commensurate with experience
